What is the Museum Adventure Pass?

McCook Public Library participates in the Museum Adventure Pass program, which provides admission to participating Suburban and rural Museums (such as the Brookfield Zoo, Cernan Earth and Space Center at Triton College, and the Chicago Botanic Garden).

How does it work?

  • Patrons can come to either location to request a pass.

  • Call us at (708) 442-1242 to find out current pass availability. Library staff will be able to check on what is available and also check out the passes.

  • The library has a limited number of passes available which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Passes cannot be reserved or checked out online or on the phone.

  • One Museum Adventure Pass may be checked out per family, per loan period. The loan period is SEVEN DAYS and will expire after the date printed on the pass. There are no renewals.

  • Patrons must have a valid McCook Library card to get a pass.

  • Only one pass is allowed per family.

  • Passes are for one-time use and are not transferable.
